This category contains a few general settings for controlling the Web page conversion.

Build linked table of contents out of document headings
If this option is selected, Terry Morse Myrmidon will put a list of links to each detected heading at the top of the HTML document. This is a handy feature that lets you easily navigate to any section of the document. (See HeadingSettings for details on what Terry Morse Myrmidon recognizes as a heading.) Use the menu to select what range of headings levels to include in the table of contents.

Insert horizontal rule between pages
If this option is checked, a horizontal separator line will appear at each page break. This gives a visual indication of where one page starts and another begins.
